Q. What is Vista Parking's Daily Valet Parking Rate?

A. $18.00 per day, plus a per transaction reservation fee of $6.00 on the website. You will then pay for the remaining days at $18.00 per day at the physical valet at the end of your trip. (A $6.00 service plus 15% city tax will be added to your balance) unless otherwise noted.

Q. How long in advance should I make my Reservation prior to my trip?

A. You can book anytime you want using our website. Even at the last minute.

Q. Is there an Hourly Parking Rate?

A. No, we run our daily parking facility based on 24 hour intervals with a (2) hour grace period. Example: Joe and his family arrive at Vista Parking on Saturday April 24, 2014 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time to park their vehicle and leave for their vacation, we clocked them in at 12:00 P.M. and shuttled them to Newark Airport. They arrive back at Vista Parking Saturday May 1, 2014 (one week later) at 2:00 P.M. We clock them out at 2:00 P.M. We charged Joe and his family (8) days for parking.

Refund Policy

Q. Can I receive a refund for my reservations?

A. Unfortunately, reservations are non-refundable. Reservations have no expiration dates and can be altered as needed.


Q. Do you have a customer service center to help me with reservations?

A. Our customer service center can be contacted at 1-973-465-9400 for aid and support. Customer service representatives are available from Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm. To make reservations use our website. The website will track your reservation and confirmation number (invoice number). Q. What do I need to bring to the parking facility on departure day?

A. Proof of Internet Purchase, any and all Printed Discounts or Vouchers, Your Printed Parking Confirmation Sheet with reservation number, and you must present it to the parking facility manager upon checkout.

Q. Can I cancel my reservation?

A. Yes, but not refunded. Reservations can be cancelled by contacting our customer service center at 1-973-465-9400. Please clearly state your name, confirmation number (invoice number), and reason for cancellation and it will be handled promptly. Please note that Reservations made thru the website are valid for 365 days and can be changed at any time by logging onto our website.

Q. How can I change my reservation?

A. Upon booking reservation, a confirmation email was sent to you. Log in at the homepage using the confirmation user ID (email) and computer generated password received in email. Click the change reservation link and adjust accordingly.

Q. How do I get back to Vista Parking after I return from my trip?

A. Upon arrival back at Newark Airport and only after you’ve claimed your luggage should you call our Vista Parking dispatcher 973-465-9400 to send one of our shuttle vans to transport you back to Vista Parking.

Q. Is there a fee for using the Vista Parking shuttle vans?

A. No. However, tips to drivers are greatly appreciated.

Q. Can I pay the Vista Parking van drivers to take me somewhere besides Newark Liberty Airport?

A. No, Vista Parking shuttle vans are designated for Newark Liberty Airport only.

Q. How long does it take to get to Newark Liberty Airport from Vista Parking?

A. 5-10 minutes without traffic, sometimes longer, so please arrive at our parking facility with 15-20 minutes prior to the time the airline has requested you be at the airport.

A. It’s always good to give yourself enough time to check into Vista Parking especially during peak hours or Holidays, we recommend 2.5 hours before your flight leaves.

If it is a preprinted coupon from a magazine, newspaper or diner placemat, please clip it out of the preprinted piece, or bring the whole sheet in and present it to our counter personnel at our parking facility upon checkout. Lost or Damaged Items

Q. What happens if my vehicle is damaged while parking at your facility? Whose insurance covers the damage?

A. Your Insurance must cover the damage. A complaint form must be filled out at the parking facility or downloaded from our website, to indicate damages. (Download Complaint Form Here) Our Complaint Manager will review any and all claims. Most of the time, your insurance company will pay you for damages through your Comprehensive Policy.

Q. Should I leave valuables in my car while parking at your facility?

A. No, valuables or electronics such as GPS, Cameras, Smart Phones etc… should not be left unmonitored. Although we have strict security including video cameras, fencing, lighting, and security guards, etc…. our insurance company will not pay for lost or missing items, so please don’t leave any valuable items in your vehicles.
